Many Career Coaches and Counselors have general expertise, academic training or very deep industry knowledge – very few have all of these. Along with a wide breadth of industry experience, Ainka is a seasoned general manager with experience in recruiting, diversity, operations, strategy, project management and training and development. In addition she has over a decade of corporate experience, in retail, telecommunications and on Wall Street. She has also worked in the non-profit sector. Her background includes work on global teams, virtual teams and start-up teams, in organizations small and large, and with Fortune 500s.
BreakThrough clients, for example, are middle-managers looking to make career changes, experienced professionals applying to graduate schools, mothers re-entering the workforce, directors trying to move to the vice president level, professionals looking to upgrade their public speaking and communication skills and senior executives looking to transition to a new function or industry.

Health & Fitness Coaching
Ainka is a former dancer and track athlete and has had exposure to a variety of body movement modalities over the years, including Yoga, Pilates, Rolfing and Gyrotonics. Ainka is a PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher and NASM® Certified Personal Trainer. She believes that we can all achieve great things with a little support.
While many of Ainka’s clients have been working on some sort of rehabilitation she is open to working with anyone who is eager to have more awareness of their body. Flexibility, strength, stamina are all aspects generally achieved through regular physical movement. Her clients have ranged in age from 20-years-old through to 75 years of age, and come to her with a variety of fitness experiences.
