6-Week Sessions (Pre-registration is HIGHLY encouraged) $25 each class. $135 for all 6 classes  by January 5.

There will be mat work, standing work, use of small props and equipment.

$240 for all 8 sessions by November 25! Pay by December 7- $280 for all 8 sessions! $40 drop in/per class after December 7

A 4-week, 8-session series. Move with mindfulness, focus on breath and luxuriate in the opportunity to stretch muscles as they grow strong! We will adjust to meet you where you are – providing a physical practice that is as rigorous or as gentle as needed. Ainka tends to like to make you sweat and calm your nervous system all in the same class. Please come with your requests, questions, aches, stiffness, imbalances and fatigue and likely leave feeling limber, open, rested and with peace of mind.
