canopy of treesDesigned for anyone healing from an injury, dealing with chronic illness, pain or emotional stress. Through Mindful Movement and discussion we will explore some of the most common things that cause many of us discomfort – neck, shoulder and wrist pain – back pain – hip and knee pain – based on what you, the participants, bring to the class. Aches and pains in soft tissue and joints that may be caused by repetitive movement, injury or lifestyle habits can often be impacted upon by a daily (or mostly daily dose) of movement. Insomnia, anxiety, headaches and other inconveniences of our modern world will be looked at through the lens of using yoga as a treatment.

Please come ready to receive some individual attention (if you so choose) for what may be causing your discomfort.

This workshop is designed to provide you with a 10-15 minute practice that may complement your other activities, as well as additional knowledge and access to resources that may help you to continue your learning and healing.
